The Stephenson TSMP Series twin screw pumps operate through two intermeshing screws rotating in opposite directions, creating sealed chambers that transport fluid from suction to discharge end. This design delivers smooth, pulsation-free flow with minimal maintenance requirements. These pumps excel in handling fluids with viscosities up to 1,000,000 cSt, self-prime up to 8.5m, operate bi-directionally, and can briefly run dry without damage. Their versatility spans temperatures from -20°C to 300°C, pressures up to 25 bar, and flow rates of 1-1000 m³/h, accommodating clean, contaminated, lubricating and non-lubricating fluids.
